If someone asked me how to bulk up I would give them benchpress, pull ups/lat pulldowns (depending on your levels of strength), shoulder press, Seated row, Squat, deadlift, calfraises. Remember alot of them would have been in good shape already, Gerard Butler trained with a bodybuilder as well so he would have been doing traditional Bodybuilding exercises to bulk up as much as possible. I have been intrested in the supposed 300 workout, as far as I can tell there isnt a perscribed workout for the results they got for the guys in the film.
